Sometimes it is important to get inspired by others when we feel we don't know if our work makes a difference. I am privileged to have met and come across many people who do amazing things, and want to honor some of them here. There are many more and I will keep adding links and stories in the future, but right now, here are some of the things that give me hope: Katharine Jefferts Schori, Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church, whose poise, calm, and character and tremendous unflappability are great sources of inspiration for some of us patience- and gentleness -challenged fools.
